The apartment was cozy and clean, the owner easy to reach, it was easy to get into the apartment

The entrance and the house itself is quite old and not so clean. Lots of smoking neighbours around

There is construction going on right next to the building. Dusty, lots of banging. Thought the apartment looks updated, the building is falling apart.
