Waikiki vacation 2BR suite 88

The view is nice. This is located on the 14th floor, so noise is not a problem. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.

There was trash located under one of the beds. We happened to notice it when we were picking up something from the floor. The paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling. The refrigerator and furniture needs to be upgraded. The price was more affordable than most options, but still not cheap due to location. If you're just looking for a cheaper place to stay, this is for you. If you're looking for luxury, this is not it.

Two bedroom, two bath was perfect for the five of us. Full kitchen provided for breakfast and snacks to be held and eaten. Perfect space and location.

Only had four towels for five people but we made it work.

For what we paid we got more than we bargained for, we had an awesome view on Lvl 19, we paid for a 2bdrm 1bath and got a 2bdrm 2bath, we were across the street from an ABC store (supermarket) that had everything we needed to cook, clean, travel. A main bus stop was below us and within 5min walk were lots of food places, clothing stores, Ala Moana Centre and beach. 👍👍👍

The accommodation was dated and definitely needs a paint and an update all round, however a really good clean (we are OCD) made it comfortable. We also had a washing machine and dryer in the apartment which was great. Be mindful a do up would cost more.

Location. Price. Facilities. YES - this condo was "dated" however this accommodation catered to ALL our needs. Host was helpful :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We had the best time at his whare and made wonderful memories. Thank you to the host, condo and Hawaii

Generous space and 5 beds with 2 full baths made it a comfortable place. Parking onsite was a great relief.

Balcony door lock not working. .

The only thing good about this was no resort fees.

Please be aware!!! I did book the suite the same day as I was going to arrive in Waikiki. However that doesn’t justify the status of the suite. The owner/property manager Tammy was nice. I guess the suite wasn’t available for the dates I booked as she stated it was undergoing maintenance. She stated I booked to fast before she was able to remove the positing however I have seen the posting up for weeks before my trip. She gave me the option to rent a hotel for three days or stated she can put us in another timeshare ran by a different company in the same building. I opted for the same building since I would be easier with kids, was I wrong about that. She was able to put us in another timeshare ran by a different company for 3 days then we had to move to another unit (hers) which wasn’t even in the same tower. With three kids, and elderly mother and groceries it was definitely no easy task but I agreed to the move so that was my issue to deal with. The first suite was luxurious and made you feel comfortable, it was clean and modern with updated bathrooms, kitchen and a great view. The second unit we moved to was instant regret. It smelled so horribly that it was nauseating. The entire place was falling apart. The floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned ever, the dishes were dirty, the microwave barely worked, the futon was old and torn, the sheets, blankets and curtains were filthy. My mother put her clothes in the dressers and when she went to wear them they have the most heinous smell ever. We had to wash all the clothes that were put in there. The shower even had black mold growing on it and covered in rust. For being told it wasn’t ready due to maintenance you could have fooled me. I definitely didn’t get the suite that was pictured. Please be aware that you won’t get the unit that is pictured. Also there is a $35 a night charge for parking.
