Apartment Gran Lake

The property was located in a quiet area We had a welcome bag that was very sweet.

It was about 35 minutes from the attractions we needed to see, but still a very lovely place to stay

Great location, great price, clean rooms.

Liked that the property was clean and cozy. Loved the sweet lil kitty that welcomed us each day. Bed was comfy as well.

We were disappointed that we were not informed that the community pool that they advertise was down for repairs. We actually planned a pool day and we were very disappointed that we were not told in advance that we could not use the pool. The thumping of someone going up and down stairs made it hard to go to sleep the first night. Location was not ideal if you wanted to be close to the Historic down town- that was not the fault of the property- traffic & construction made the drive a bit longer than we wished for. Ohhh- and no instructions on how to use the TV, so we went all weekend without TV. (That was just minor because we enjoyed the peace)

The apartment was perfect. Extremely comfortable and clean. Other than food there was nothing that was not furnished.

Tenant could not control the AC thermostat.

Very friendly host, nice quiet location, if yon needed anything that would get it for you.
