В квартирі було грязно, на полу купа косей та якась шерсть. Каналізація воняла на всю квартиру в обох санвузлах. Телевізор розбитий. Купа недоліків.

The location is just perfect. It's close to the park, which is important when traveling with a dog, and it's in the city center at the same time. The apartment is big enough to host a crowd. We traveled with three kids, a dog, and four adults. It was very comfortable. There is a lot of tasty food and coffee nearby. =)

It's hard to find available parking, which is a common issue for city center locations. The plumbing is not ideal, which is typical of older housing, but not critical.
