В квартирі дуже брудно. Не сподобалося, що фото зроблені явно давно, в реальності все не зовсім так - меблі старі, брудні стіни, волосся в постілі. Був дуже неприємний запах з туалету, навіть в спальні відчувався. Господарям варто оновити трохи квартиру. За ціну на 300 грн більшу ми знайшли набагато кращий варіант

Розташування в самому центрі, все поряд.

Пральна машина потребує заміни, так як занадто стара, двері провисають, що створювало певні не зручності, ліжка дуже скриплять..при оформленні документів виникли не дорузіміння, але думаю це поодинокий випадок.
