Трохи є неприємний запах стоків у туалетній кімнаті, але це типово для перших поверхів подібних будинків. Несуттєвий мінус до загального гарного враження від помешкання.

Зручне розташування в центрі, 5 хвилин до зупинок транспорту та музеїв. Тихий двір. Велика кімната.

Клінінг-сервіс міг би трошки уважніше прибрати чиєсь волосся за милом на умивальнику. При наявності пральної машини було б чудовим бонусом мати хоча б одноразовий пральний порошок, бо не всі подорожують з порошком. Через розташування в тіні за кілька годин повітря в закритій квартирі трохи пріє, тож краще залишати на провітрювання.
