Тихий район, хороше розташування, матрас хороший, власник контактний, постійно на звʼязку. Були деякі проблеми з апартаментами, власник оперативно вирішив.

Брудні дзеркала, у ванній наліт на змішувачах і душі, душ частково зламаний. На кухні не було чистої гумки для посуду. Плита також не дуже чиста. Потреби користуватися плитою не було, але враження були не найкращі.
