"Чисто, просторо, тихо, безпечно під час тривог."

Простора, чиста квартира. Знаходиться на цокольному поверсі, що дуже безпечно під час тривоги. В будівлі є магазин з кав'ярнею (8-22). Дуже комфортні подушки.

Розкладний диван ( хотілося б повноцінне ліжко ), відсутня мікрохвильова, немає москітної сітки на вікні ( пів ночі ловили комарика, що не давав спати ).

Дуже ввічлива господиня, заселялася сама і це плюс, бо вже був вечір

Помешкання знаходиться у підвальному приміщенні, скоріш за все за планом це не була квартира. В квартирі брудно, підлога дуже холодна, ні праски ні фена тут немає. Звукоізоляція погана, дуже моторошні відчуття, важко було заснути.
