"Комфортна квартира для відпочинку."

Зручне розташування. Є балкон з неймовірним краєвидом. Відпочивали з собакою, зручно виходити на прогулянку. Роздільний санвузол для родини - це окремий плюс.

Привітна хозяйка. Зручне спальне місце. Вдалось припаркувати авто під під'їздом ( це більше випадковість, як я зрозумів)

Ремонту ~ 15-20 років, але все чисто та функціонує)
