Отличное место расположение.Самый центр, все рядом.Так же рядом находятся торговые центры. В шаговой доступности оперный театр, порт, привоз, дельфинарий.

Плюси: - близько до центру - просторе помешкання

Мінуси: - помешкання виходить на центральну вулицю, вночі дуже шумно - далеко від моря - не вистачало дрібниць для комфорту гостей: одноразові тапці, компліментарні засоби для душу - деякі моменти псують враження, наприклад: брудний посуд, в душовій кабіні відпадають частинки крану для душу, у ванній одна розетка випала з кріплення і це потенційно небезпечно для гостей.
