Location, spacious, rooftop.

Not much

So much space, a real home with character. Every amenity including for small kids. Fantastic location for getting downtown and easy public access to airport. Jerry was a great host too with fab communication. The place is actually slightly more up to date than the pics too.

the breakfast area at the rooftop was the highlight

The beds made creeking noises , and the entrance had a bad oily smell.

The location was great! It's an excellent house on a quiet street with easy public parking in the front. A private garage located behind the house is also available. We loved the multiple levels which allowed us to spread out. The roof top patio was amazing and had fantastic views of the city. We will definitely use this rental the next time we visit Chicago.

Jerry was the best care taker a guest could ask for.

Great location and the rooftop was great place to work outside when we got back from our conference. Jerry was such a good host.

Older buildings just have steep steps and this rental is on the second and third floors of the property. Pack light because maneuvering luggage up and down the steps wasn’t much fun.
