Gulf Retreat 2: Magnificent Water Views, Steps to Beach, None Cleaner, None Nicer!

The host is responsive and very kind. The unit was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location was awesome and the view is lovely. Beach access across the street and beach necessities in the garage. Great location!

Location was great and spacious!

The property was amazing. Very clean and fantastic views. The hosts tried to literally think of everything you would need during your stay. The beach access was a very short walk from the property. Just turn right, walk 75', use the crosswalk and you are there. Loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise. I usually don't stay in the same place or area as I like to vacation all over, but I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views from the balcony of dolphins and all sorts of birds. The apartment had everything we needed including chairs and a parasol for the beach.

A spectacular mini vacation. The residence is conveniently located. There is ample space and all the amenities one would need. I personally don't mind two flights of stairs up to the lodgings, nor walking to find food or the short walk to the beach. There is a close convenience store. I did not use the pool, so cannot speak to that. They had a wagon with supplies for the beach and prepared a gift basket, which was most thoughtful. We even got to see a mother and baby dolphin in the back cove, looking off the balcony. Only gripe, the twin beds were a little uncomfortable, they might be best suited for someone a wee bit younger. But I would absolutely stay again!

Everything! The property had everything you could possibly need/want and more. The location was excellent (across the street from the beach).

Spacious condo, private rooms, gift bag was a pleasant surprise; thanks for having beach towels, chairs etc. for use; thanks for having coolers available for use; easy walk to the beach, easy parking. We saw lots of birds, some dolphins and manatees.

Sliding doors were somewhat hard to use, and seemed loud (I felt bad for the people below us). Only 4 chairs on the deck but we had more people than that.

Location was great. Pool was good.

The stairs were brutal for carrying up luggage and provisions.

The condo was very clean and spacious and well stocked with cooking tools. Had a couple concerns which the owner promptly addressed. I liked having a code rather than a key to keep track of. Although, it took some figuring out how to lock and unlock which a neighbor helped us with. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but nothing unmanageable. There was a wagon to haul the chairs and other things which is really nice. The balcony view was great and we spent every morning out there! We will rent again if available!
