Stay Together Suites - Condominium On The Strip Sleeps 16 - NO RESORT FEE

Let me start by saying this place doesn't get enough credit. I have stayed all over the strip and this little gem may be my new favorite places. The staff was So helpful and friendly and check-in was right on time. I can see how sometimes it may be a little behind though due to unforseen issues like huge parties and families leaving late and trashing the place. There's only so much those poor house keepers can do. When first arriving to the suite it was dark, but that's because it was beginning to get darker outside and turning on the lights helped brighten the place up. There is natural light during the day, but for the most part if you leave the lights on you'll have more than enough light for the room. I can not stress how comfy the beds are. Seriously, I can never sleep on hotel beds, this was the first time I was able to. There were so many trash cans throughout the house which was super convenient. The big one in the kitchen made clean up easy without having to change the bag all the time. There is hand soap ya'll. Like that's a game changer. My friends and I always end up buying a liquid hand soap at the store because we can not stand bar soap. Anyway, everything was great. Plenty of room for us 7 girls. If you ever want to do a friends trip or family vacay this is the spot.

At first Uber took my friend and I to the Cosmopolitan hotel and when we tried to find the entrance to the Jockey Club from inside the hotel it was a little challenging. But after we found it the first time we actually really liked how hidden it is. It was like our little secret elevator. We rarely ever saw anyone taking it.

Staff was helpful and good about communicating.

I was so disappointed in how the room was represented on the internet compared to how it was in person. it was actually The Jockey Club. it was way overpriced for such a mediocre hotel. The cost was $700.00 plus another $599 security deposit. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was very dated. The furniture was dated as well.

The location was great. Having access to a kitchen.

I spoke with the host via email regarding towels. I was told that towels would be provided to each guest. However, there were no face towels and I had to go to Walmart to purchase. I voiced this to the host with no response. On check in, it was not explained that we could not access the pool without giving 24 hours notice. I was told that this was an ongoing problem with guests of the timeshare. There was no direct number to reach the host.

The location was the only good thing about this room. We had to wait hours to check in although we were told we could check in early. They claim they were cleaning the room but the countertop was still dirty as well as the sheets on one of the beds.

I was told that a hold will be placed on my credit card for the deposit. However they charge the entire amount on the card. Only to come back and say that we damaged 10 towels with the makeup when only 2 people in our entire party wore make up.. If that wasn't bad enough they had the nerve to say that to replace the towels would cost a $177 . I'm not sure where they buy their towels from but it should not cost anyone a $177.  This is just a way of them trying to keep additional money after lying about the deposit in the first place.
