"It was okay, not great."

Location, views

It was not clean. Dishes were put away dirty. Pools and Hot tubs were not reliably warm/hot. Many small things functional but broken like the hide away bed. There was always a long wait for an elevator with no stairway option available outside of emergencies.

I liked the view of the location, the pool for my children. Everything was Great!

The only thing I didn’t like is checkin in at 4 🤪 but I understand.
