Victorian Luxury One Bedroom Apartment

Not at all . They never disclosed that it is on 3rd floor . Plus the owners are so rude and pathetic

Nothing at all

Nothing!! Looked abandoned. Nothing like what the pictures showed it to be.

The place had a foul smell. Palmetto bugs in the room. Bed was hard and it Felt like a rock. I got there late and it was so bad that we didn’t stay and rented at budget Inn and it was cleaner than this place. Then reached out to booking.com and they took no accountability for putting this place for rent. Then in order to cancel with booking.com they wanted me to pay a cancellation fee of $388.00 to get back the $615 I had paid?! Then called the owner and they hung up on me. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. IT WOULD BE WRONG FOR ME TO TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

This was the perfect get-away spot for my wife and I to escape the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. The apartment was perfectly walkable to some amazing restaurants, cool shops, and historical attractions. It was clean and cozy.

Everything about the apartment was great!

Wonderful location, just a few minutes walk to all the restaurants, bars, the fort and all the beautiful Christmas lights.

We did not like all the steep stairs to our 3rd floor apartment. The shower was also very small.

Small shower and ceiling slanted on both sides of room and I kept bumping my head on the ceiling when I got out of bed

The shower is very small a big person does not fit there. The stairs to get there are extremely steep

The location was perfect are room was clean and comfortable.

The location was good for parking the car and walking to the old town galleries and shops. There was a very good restaurant in the next block. The stay was comfortable for one person, The antique furnishings were attractive. I briefly saw other guests twice over four days and was pleased not to have much noise or distractions. Everything was clean.

The air conditioner was loud and rattled, so I turned it off when sleeping or not there. It was a bit uncomfortable first, but I adjusted the temperature down and use a fan to cool the room. The bathroom sink drain was slow and could not be adjusted. Somewhat pricey, considering a hotel would have cost less and no housekeeping needed. It was awkward for a senior to be trying to unlock a door on a rickety stairway holding one's shoes.
