There was refrigerator in the room

Not ADA compliant and does not advertise that. I am handicapped and the room was in an old building on the second floor. Extremely old building and furnishings. Management knew that booking.com had omitted the room was on the 2nd floor, but never contacted us about the omission. When contacted the renter about the accommodations I was made to feel it was my fault that I didn’t disclose that I was handicapped. Which, generally I don't feel I need to tell strangers my health issues. I would hope they would be upfront about what they are "selling".

The views were outstanding and having the sunset grill with entertainment was a big plus

The property could use a thorough landscaping cleanup. It appears the property never fully recovered from the hurricane.
