I was already packing up my car and exiting the room, two employees and a security guard told me not touch my stuff and get out of the room. And when I went back to get my possessions, my MacBook and iPhone were not with my stuff. They were flat out mean and had no right not to allow me to get my stuff out. Not even the stuff for my baby.

They don’t open till nine. They don’t bring you any fresh towels. I was missing some towels and I never got my deposit back.

Ac was out for 3 days b4 I was moved rooms

I thought it was pretty ok until the ROACHES CAME OUT!!!!! Crack heads everywhere!!! Not ok for kids nor any human at all….

Nothing. It was the worst experience we have ever had. We had paid 202$ for 2 night stay then prior to checking in, we had to put a 100$ security deposit with $25 damage waiver with a $15 cleaning fee for each day. Rules we had to clean and wash linen that we used. There was 2 towels. The unit was completely investigated with roaches/bed bugs and was filthy. Faucets was literally coming apart in the sink. I spent the first 45 mins of our arrival trying to reach managers on duty and called customer service who i asked for a refund when i sent numerous pictures of the infestation of roaches/bed bugs. They moved us eventually to another unit an hour &1/2 later(130am) the second unit was cleaner but still micky moused together. No bugs but the thermostat wouldn't cool down its remained at 81° the entire night til the following day. I immediately reach out for maintenance to come fix the thermostat i waited for over an hr then called again and was reassured maintenance was on his way. We waited for another 45 min before i called management and told them my distress and said we were leaving to handle a family matrer we would be returning in a bout 2 hrs and customer service said the problem would be fixed before our return. Well When we got back to the room at 2 the room was at 85 ° and completely unbearable. I went to the front office to check out and request a full refund. I have been on the phone with the property agents regarding a refund then they tell me u need to request a refund through booking .com then it will be processed when property confirms we checked out abd approve the refund. Then i called property manager and they said they were waiting for booking com to send them a request for refunds. This went back and forth for 6+ hrs now its the next day and i have not received any update and i need my refund. This was bar far the worst experience ever. If i dont get my refund soon i will take further action. Customer service is unacceptable

The staff was beyond amazing. I messaged the place at like 2am asking where to find more blankets and they brought them up with in minutes.

The only negative was the room had a few stains and we found a roach in the kitchen.
