Ac units are too loud. The light in one bedroom wasn’t working.

I liked how the host was responsive

I'm going to be very transparent. We were all disappointed in this place. The beds were very small for 2 adults and uncomfortable. The bathroom baseboards were disgustingly filthy. Water leaked out from the shower onto the floor, the shower knobs were difficult to figure out and the kids had scalding hot water come out immediately. The a/c in one of the bedrooms didn't work (host had a cooler brought the next day) was shocked when I was told to either open the windows. (windows had no screens) Didn't want bugs to come in as we had a baby with us. The ceiling fan wasn't enough. It was very hot in the unit in the middle of summer. She mentioned that the a/c unit hadn't been used since the previous year which surprised me. It should be checked to see if it is in working condition after each occupant. Overall, I was very happy that she was attentive enough to bring the unit out right away. There were hazards such as extension cords running across walkways from the bedroom where you could easily trip. The one that worried me most was the one across the doorway of the kids room as kids would play and run back and forth and trip. We unplugged it, which meant no lighting there. There weren't many outlets to bypass this issue which is probably why she has it running across the doorway. Same with the big cord from a/c which ran across the floor in bedroom. You had to be careful especially if you had to get up in the middle of the night. I know the host asked for 5 stars, but unfortunately, I need to keep the review honest.
