UPDATED Amazing Bi -Level Condo minutes from water views of New York City

Amazing apartment, we enjoyed our time in NY, the apartment is close to many bus lines that takes us to NY in a very short time. We had comfort, a great sound system, comfy beds and a big kitchen. Really glad we enjoyed our first time in NY staying at this amazing place!

Travelling with three family members. We were shocked on how amazing the loft was. It was just like on the pictures, clean, with well working AC and fans. Kitchen and bathrooms were superb equipped, there were laundry machines and detergent available. Everything worked well, we experienced no issues with the inventory. There are multiple options of getting to NYC, with variety different busses. Getting back could be tiring, since Port Authority is a mess to figure out as a tourist.

Big, amazing apartment with great amenities! Starbucks and Aldi are just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are plenty of buses nearby that go straight to Port Authority/Times Square. The host, John, is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions or requests. Overall, I absolutely loved this place!

Just a heads-up: to access the shower, there’s a small step or climb involved. It wasn’t an issue for me, but something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with elderly guests.

This is a huge appartment on two levels. It was clean. Although sound of trafic from a busy road nearby was audible, it was not really disturbing. There is space for parking a car included. Within a 7 minutes' walk there are frequent bus connections to New York City - Porth Authority bus terminal. Water bottles were available in the fridge. Some few steps need to be taken to lift the luggage inside. The area is safe and supermarkets are located within walking distance.

For one single person the appartment is a bit over sized and it is not so cheap for 260,- USD/night. But if you come with several people, the price looks better then. Descriptions on how to access the appartment entering a code "first press on the name - Which name?" until I found out, the brand name was meant. Then there is a "Welcome book" with lots of information. Allegedly the wifi name and password should have been inside but they were not, so I had to ask and the host provided me the data. In colder seasons it is difficult to spread the heat over the two levels of the appartment. While on the top level it became hot, the lover level was still chilly (the levels are not separated by ceilings).

Everything! The comfort, the decoration, how clean it was, the location. New York is very easy to reach by bus, there are so many lines! The coffee, all the amenities. The heating and air conditioner, the silence during the night. The near supermarkets and Starbucks. I wanted more days!

To say something: teaspoons would be great.
