Very nice studio apartment well maintained and decorated - set up like a luxury hotel room with everything folded and set out professionally. Awesome views of very beautiful desert area (blm land) right in the back yard. Worlds friendliest cat! Host was very nice and helpful and accommodating. Comfortable room.

If you wake easily do not stay in the lower unit as you can hear every footstep if people or pets take - can even hear them unzipping their luggage and throwing it down... and for some reason both nights I was here, there seemed to be a ton of walking around above me at all hours from the guests staying above me (two separate guests) which is odd since it not a huge place! It woke me up several times - carpeting up there might help... or if you're lucky and there isn't a person who has to tromp around at all hours in boots above you might be ok. While I would not hesitate to stay there again - I would certainly not rent the lower room again, can't get any sleep if someone is above and sleep was the whole point of two overnight stays. Ear plugs might be good to bring along if you're a light sleeper or not used to someone living above you -as I am not. It's unfortunate as it is really quite otherwise.

The owners were wonderful, very thoughtful. I was delayed in arriving & when I arrived, the electric fireplace was on to greet me.

it was a lovely property. the view was beyond amazing off of the balcony. I also enjoyed getting to know the hosts a bit and having two little boys for my boys to play with for a bit.

what a lovely place! The welcome from Maria(?) was warm and friendly even though we arrived late in the evening after a delayed flight. she was delightful and we felt nothing was too much trouble. There is every possible amenity on offer, should you have forgotten anything. the place was quaint and quirky with a fun western theme and all spotlessly clean.would highly recommend staying here!
