Location.

Well for starters, we felt like we were catfish. The Apartment/condo looked nothing at all like the pictures. The hall ways smell so bad like Marijuana, they even had a machine outside that would run all day and night to remove the smell, but it was still very strong. It was so strong that the smell would get inside and we could especially smell it in the living room area. We have 3 kids and one of them is a 9month old, so we avoided sitting there together. The whole entire place is extremely outdated, it really needs some TLC. There were Roaches in the Kitchen. So we avoided using anything at all in the kitchen and this made things difficult for our Baby since she at least needed some home cooked meals during our stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The pull out couch is a disgrace, who ever thinks that a human being can sleep in there does not care at all! You could feel the metals, just throw it away and get something decent for your guests! The bunk beds were okay. My son is 12 years old and he's a big boy and the bottom bunk bed made all kinds of noise when he moved, so he eneded sharing one of the queen beds with me and my baby daughter. My husband shared a bed with our other daughter. The whole purpose of renting a big place was for all of us to be comfortable and not in top of each other. Bathrooms were awful! The master bedroom bathroom was the most decent one, but we had to shut the water on the toilet after every use or it would just run all day and night, the bath top does not drain properly, so we took super quick showers. The master bedroom has a curtain that is completely see through which I dont get because curtains are so cheap! Please just get one for your guests. The other Bathroom had the same issue with the bathtub, drains very slow. The sink was broken and it would leak we avoided using it. The furniture is super outdated and dirty. We eneded up leaving Sunday Afternoon, and not sleep there another night and it goes on...

The building itself is rundown. The bathroom tubs were clogged so water filled up after every shower. The air conditioner was not adequate enough to cool the entire apartment, so it was hot in most areas. One of the rooms called a “bedroom” had no ac unit in it so it was uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a very foul odor coming from the kitchen that stunk up the whole apartment, and we had to purchase candles to cover it up. And they have roaches! Saw a roach crawling around the fridge our last morning there. Disgusting, would not book again.

I love the host as they were very helpful very responsive.

1: Upon check in concierge had no etiquette skills as she was eating lunch and checking my family in at the same time. 2: There was always a group of people hanging in and around the entrance of the building 3: The city of Atlanta place an “unsafe building” notice on the main entrance durning our stay. 4: Upon arrival to the actual room they were still cleaning it as me and my family had to wait 40 mins after a long drive. 5: Both bathroom had very poor drainage. Delayed showering as the tubs were filled with water for 30-40 min after one shower. 6: Unsafe construction was being conducted on the building that was never mentioned by the host.

The area was nice.

I didn’t like how it looked abandoned outside and then on the inside the tub wasn’t up to par but sink and toilet was good. Sofas looked nasty. I expected it to look more up to date and cleaner..

I I loved that the property was located in the heart of Atlanta. .
