The kitchen is full equipped with pots and pans for used. Plates and silverware along with other items that should be used.

The property site is on the renovation so may be a little unpleasant to your visually.

"Excellent host and good central location that is very clean and cute."

The owner was gracious and friendly and very helpful! He really cares about his property and your experience. Property was clean and had a great location in the valley.

If you are sensitive to the smell of fragrances, ask for fragrance wall plug to be removed before you stay.

"Comfortable and complete"

The place has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is very complete, and the owner is super friendly and caring. I has an issue with the sheet beds and solved it in less than an hours. Very recommended, I will definitely stay here if visiting tiwn again

Convenient, clean, well-stocked/appointed, reasonably priced, attentive owner, comfortable bed. It had everything we needed and if we needed anything else I am confident it would have been provided.

Nothing really. It fit our needs perfectly. All places have little idiosyncrasies but nothing here worth mentioning.

"Great little place for a stay in Reseda."

Everything we needed. Kind and responsive host. Very convient parking. Temperpedic bed. Good coffee and spices in the kitchen. Free cable TV.

No living room / space. The sitting area to watch TV was the bed.
