Cozy Studio near Wrigley field and Boystown

Efficient, clean, exactly what the site described. Yanko was amazing, especially since I was booking from South Africa for my daughter. He went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended, 10 out of 10

Very good location, quiet place, nice neighbourhood with many restaurants. The host provided an air conditioning unit, which was very helpful during the heatwave we faced.

I liked the location, and the friend of the owner who was in charge while the owner was out of town was very nice.

There was no hot water for almost half of my stay. But even when I was able to shower, it had to be very short because the bathtub drain got backed up. The wifi was terrible; I had to reboot the router multiple times. It was freezing my first night there, although the heat was adequate the rest of the time. Finally, as is too often the case, there were no tissue boxes provided. I think I should get a partial refund.

The host responded immediately when issues arose. Excellent communication.

Host texted me with the lockbox code. Also sent a photo of the setup. Easy to get and leave key.

There were these air fresheners that had a very strong smell. I just opened the window and put them in a cabinet and it was ok.

Perfect little spot if you're not too fussed about staying in the city. Saying that, with the transport links, it's super easy to get into! The place was clean, cosy and had all of the essentials you'd expect and more. Even the neighbours in the building were lovely who helped me carry my cases up the stairs!

I liked the location, it was very easy to get around the area from there. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen amenities were awesome. The host was so kind and got an extra key for us.

The drain was very sluggish in the shower the first time I used it, although I was able to use the plunger to clear it up somewhat.
