Lack of common essentials, like dish cloth, tissues, bar soap. Tired and worn. Pilled couches, stained towels and sheets, broken and dirty outside furniture and front door matt for example.

the beds were very comfortable and the pool/sauna/hot tub complex is under a minute walk from the condo. We used these facilities every day!
