Two Bedroom Park Ave Condo by Park City Vacations

Appartamento estremamente spazioso, fornitissimo e vicinissimo ai luoghi d'interesse per il Festival di Sundance. Non poteva andare meglio.

The main issue is that the pictures on the listing - particularly the main with living room did not reflect the property- this was deceiving and I want to bring it up - you need to correct the booking picture to accurately reflect the property. We were upset about it .

The gas fireplace in the living room right next to the kitchen and all of the windows made for a great gathering place and cozy atmosphere.

There could have been more lighting in the living room next to the fireplace. It was a little dark for board games. The master bedroom was also a bit dark but lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms was great.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was quite spacious, nice living area with a fire place and kitchen

It advertised 3 bedrooms but one is NOT a bedroom it’s a loft so it’s cold and very bright in the morning. The pool/spa is also NOT at the property, it’s a solid 10 min walk to the communal area which is not ideal in the cold

Location was excellent since we were volunteering for Sundance and our theater was across the street.

It was pretty bare bones, though comfortable.

outdated furniture. Ski collection point was right outside our rental. Snow removal started at 315 am and went to 415.

Location, size— lots of room! Clean!

No AC or ability to open upstairs windows at night, too warm in Aug! 😡 No access to Ceiling Fan as described in unit instructions. Shower in main bathroom would not drain, left VM with Maintenance but never got response😩 No pool towels on Sat & Sunday🤷 Wish we could return again without these issues! 🙏
