Parking was impossible. Parking was impossible in the suggested alternate parking lots. I would not stay here again because of this.

This property provided us a refuge, during a medical crisis, a family member was experiencing. It it close ( We ubered) to Queens Hospital , clean, and the beds were amazing. My bad back did not suffer and the sheets are so soft. The decor is cute and plenty of storage is provided. As two females, we felt very safe here. The door locks are good and there is a large tv with plenty of channels if you so desire to watch. This location provided us exactly what we needed , during the worse crisis of my life , and I will always be grateful. Christine, the property manager, very quickly responded to a question I had when I first arrived and she became the first “I got you” person, when I was running on pure adrenaline,. She wrapped me in a hug, covered us in prayers, and I knew I could call her for help long after I checked out. She is amazing!

Waikiki is a busy and vibrant location. The nightlife is exciting for those visiting. Given our situation, we were in bed very early because we spend 12 hours each day at the hospital. As I would lay in bed, listening to the laughter, cars passing by, and people enjoying their evenings, I was reminded that there would come a time, after this crisis, when I would experience normal again in my life. We slept with the windows open and the temperature was lovely in the room. I can’t really find any negatives about this location.
