Excellent layout and location

The single beds

The location was amazing! The unit is on the bottom floor and overlooks the pool with a gate to access. We never had to walk thru the building to go anywhere. The additional green space was a nice bonus.

We are a family of 5. The living room and outdoor area only seat 3. This is a bit strange for a unit that sleeps 6. Also the check in process was strange, we had to arrange a time to meet with a "greeter" after checking in at the desk.

The location and the feel of the unit was great.

Wish there could have been a few "roach hotels" to combat the roaches in the unit.

Love the location of the property and the price for the size of the unit. Ko Olina is beautiful.

There was a continuous problem with the washing machine.

The location and the place.

The place needs to be in better condition….too many repairs needed to be done while we were there . Paid too much considering all that needed to be done. Not senior friendly…no safety bars in tub or showers. Bed too high.

Easy access to the lagoon, parking areas and access to the highway--clean, well maintained and great experience of stay

Even though the rental unit was privately owned, we reported 1 major issue and 1 minor issue once we checked out--these issues were there even before we checked-in (both related to water draining and water management in the bathrooms)

The lagoon/beach at the property was beautiful and very accessible and fun to use. Close to some decent restaurants and a market.
