I love absolutely everything. No complaints

I loved the view and the apartment was very accommodating

The security on night shift wasn't pleasant or helpful at all

We were not able to control the heat.. We had to open the bedroom windows at night because we couldn't regulate the heat. There is a kitchen but no table or chairs to sit on. The only chairs in the living room were cheap plastic. for 3 adults we had one towel and one wash cloth each for 5 days. The bath room was awful. no place to hang a towel bath tub needs replaced. toilet seat was loose. no shelf to sit anything on. The door looks like it was bought from a junk yard an never painted. The day before our departure I got 3 messages stating that if we were late checking out by even 1 minute we would be charged 250.00. It went on to ask for a review of 10. Most places I have used in the past would have had a paper with restaurant suggestions and other information about the area. Nothing here

The apartment itself is ok but the building is dirty, strong smell of marijuana since you enter the parking lot.

The condo unit itself was cute and clean.

The building itself left a lot to be desired. There were three elevators only two were working, and one took forever. We were forced to take the stairs several times. Thank goodness we were only on the fifth floor. We felt safe in the condo and walking around Atlanta, more so than walking through the building. Apparently there was a fire in January followed by a gas leak shortly thereafter, and it appears there has been minimal progress. The night security guard was less than friendly or helpful.
