Finding the keys/access card was like a scavenger hunt. The owner did send directions and we did find them. When we got to the apartment, the door was open as he said it would be, but the key wouldn't work when we wanted to lock the door. To his credit, the owner ended up coming over to assist us.

The apartment was definitely not the one in the photo. I payed an exorbitant price for a mediocre apartment with a variety of disappointing surprises: No cable tv service. Only Amazon Fire tv with no instructions and tv was set to display in German language Tv remote needs batteries, would only work when within 2 feet of tv Decor practically non-existent and tacky Standup vacuum stored in corner of living room No Kleenex, weird TP (flat tubes that did not fit on holder), No shelf in shower, all bottles of cheap toiletries on shower floor No wash cloths Mildew along top of sink in master bathroom No instructions of any kind on use of anything No information on apartment complex amenities No local area guides No paper or pen Bedroom 2 had no chest of drawers, no chair, only bed, two night stands and two mismatched lamps Bedroom 2 carpet had large bleached out patches Bathroom 2 toilet did not fully empty contents Initial apt. access process - like following bread crumbs. Turn into underground garage, find space 104, look for entry card on floor next to pole, drive to security gate, use card to open gate, drive down ramp to lower level, find space number 268, park in space, look for quarter sized tab on back side of concrete parking space bumper, use tab to unlock door to elevator room, go to second floor, find apt. 5208, apt.door will be unlocked, door keys will be found on kitchen counter.
