Good layout. Excellent handicap bathroom.

Screen door to patio needs repair.

The rooms were nice.

There was dog hair everywhere, floors were very dirty. No trash bags.

Convenient, close to town but not in town. Laundry available. 1st floor made it easy to access. Hot tub was great! Liked having full apartment with kitchen to cook for family.

Highway noise.

Good size, well furnished, clean

The place was big, comfortable and kid friendly. It had everything you could need. The rooms were cozy, clean and the beds were amazing! Felt even better than hotel beds! It was close enough to downtown Moab but far enough for peace and quiet.

nothing at all! place was perfect!

the terrace door was found broken when we checked in. we tried to notify the property agent but nobody answered calls.

A stranger knocked on our door and claimed that that was their booked apartment. eventually the agent rearranged another unit for him but we were unexpected for this interruption. The most disappointing thing is nobody give us a call to explain or apologize for this mistake.

very dirty. needs a good deep cleaning blinds had missing pieces. didn’t want to turn on fan the dirt was hanging off it. inside of washing machine was dirty. cobwebs in kitchen
