Lovely Sandestin Resort Studio with Balcony and Sunset View

Hi. We're a bit disappointed in the resort! Here are several concerns with this property; *The information is very misleading! I thought we were going to have private beach access and I didn't see anything but the marina! *There seems to be a blood stain on the bottom door panel to the bathroom sink! *There was no lighting in the pool, pool area nor walkways leading to and from the pool which poses a safety concern! *The entrance of the resort was dirty, both interior and exterior! Trash cans were/are overflowing with trash, trash on the ground and around trash cans. Entrance has a terrible smell due to the trash in the trash cans! (Pictures to show) *The lights along the walkway to/from pool had wires exposed, not sure if they are live wires! Serious concerns for guests & their families! *Paint & wallpaper are peeling off throughout the resort! *I also thought we were going to have other amenities like a full kitchen but this is on me, I didn't read it correctly! *I was also expecting a washer & dryer and this wasn't the case! *Poor Wi-Fi connection! This is certainly not what we paid for or is what we were expecting! I will have to give a poor review on this property! 😡 We found the sheets stained! Do you have an email where I can send you these pictures! When I called Sandestin Resort once the operator found out we had booked it through booking.com she literally hung up on me! When I expressed my concerns with the owner no acknowledgement was made on my concerns only directions to the private crowded beach!

We loved the stay close to lots of attractions and restaurants! Has a tram to take you anywhere on the resort and security at the gate are very nice!

A key to the room would be nice, i had to have my phone with me every time i left because i couldn’t remember the code.

It's not named Lovely and is hard to find if you've not been there before. The GPS takes you to another area every time. Not really convenient to things to do. Not enough handicapped parking, always full.

Sorry not much!

When I booked the pictures were deceiving! The pool was not nice, I get it’s older! The elevators were not clean looking scuffed up.m and dirty , paint was coming off walls in hallways, the pad to get into room was terrible hard to push the code and you would have to do it over again and again! No cleaning service, the toilet bowl kept rocking making noise every time you try to get off it! The shower head that you remove needs replacing it scratched my neck like a razor! The tub was clogged so bad my girlfriend declogged it that was disgusting, but I did send a message and a man did come to repair which we did already! We needed to shower! You can see pulling bed from wall it was not a very good cleaning service they use! No extra sheets, the refrigerator kept leaking we had to use towels to clean it up. It’s a parking lot view as well as a roof top view to your left the green area was pretty Sandestin is beautiful the beaches are beautiful! I would stay the next time on the beach! All the stores were convenient to get to with our vehicle we would of rented a golf cart that would of helped to go back and forth to beach. I would not stay there again!
