All the rest: Although stated, there is no stove in the kitchen to cook and we had bought over 300$ worth of meat that we had to throw away because it was too hot, broken air conditioning only an air tower for the whole floor, no cable tv, broken couch bed springs, unusable washing maching and dryer because of dirt and leaves inside the machine, broken main door, broken toilet flush, fire extinguiser expired, patio was a construction site, dirty sheets and shelves, no ventilation at all and stuffy smell because windows cannot be opened. We are so ungry after paying over 800$ for just one night that we demand a full refund. It was such a terrible and unconfortable stay that we could not sleep at all.

Good value for people on a budget, my main concern was the smell of mold, the hosts were excellent and gave us an early check in so we could drop off our bags, I think check out should be moved to 11am, 10am is a little early, if I were the owners I would check out the mold situation and fix the stairs and deck there was some holes because of wood rot, but you get what you pay for and for a family of six it was good value'

Weak a/c No blinds on skylights

Loved the location, we were able to walk back and forth to places. It’s a cute little place and worked ok for our family of 6.

There was no parking, so we had to pay for that. I wish they would utilize the downstairs courtyard for parking would be even better for the renters.
