Easy check in process which included photos which was very helpful. Spacious, clean, had everything you needed and more. Rosalba was also very responsive and friendly.

Great place nice and quiet beautiful view of the ocean and close too it staff was great and very helpful will definitely recommend and stay there again keep up the great work

"We would stay there again!"

A nice location south of Kona, and just off Ali'i Drive. We enjoyed the small yard, which had an outdoor table and BBQ, was bordered by trees for privacy, and attracted a variety of birds. Fans circulated air, and AC was available when needed.

- comfortable bed - very quiet neighborhood - beach gear available - parking in front of house - very good location near beaches, shopping, food

- VERY loud air conditioning = needed to turn off at night
