✪ Cozy 1 Bedroom close to Downtown Chicago ✪

Convenient location, clean, good water pressure, modern kitchen

Slightly unpleasant smell (but I'm on the more sensitive side). I got used to it a few minutes after each time I entered the apartment.

Great location in Wicker Park, close to the subway to get into the city

Shower was not working

The location and the safety of the apartment was great. It had curbside appeal. The kitchen was very nice and clean

The couch in living room was awful - very uncomfortable. The bedroom was very tiny and dark with hardly any room to move . We heard the upstairs neighbor's every step and it was all day . No lamp in bedroom and the tub was dirty. PARKING was a nightmare and we had to park a few blocks away. Higher quality linens and towels would be nice.

Very nice place, cozy and in good area

location was great, the apartment was clean and stocked with toiletries and the heater was super easy to use. also really enjoyed the record player

hot water only lasted about 10 minutes before turning cold, that was our main issue because it was so cold outside

Good location

Parking is a pain, the couch was gross and uncomfortable, and it hasn’t been cleaned underneath of it ever I don’t think same with the bed
