Posh home near Santana Row for vacation/business

The facilities and host were fantastic. The only thing that didn't go well was that the city gave me a parking ticket for parking in front of the garage, which was one of the spaces I was told I could park in. So I would recommend others staying at this location use the garage whenever possible.

Close to shopping and dinning at Valley Fair Mall and Santana. Easy access to the freeway, downtown SJ destinations like SAP Arena and Paypal Park and the Airport.

Everything was above my expectations. I have nothing to complain about.

The bedrooms were large and kitchen was clean. The shower had great water pressure. AC worked well using host’s instructions.

The parking spot and garage are small. We had a truck and large SUV, it was a VERY tight squeeze on a busy road. The building was older and a bit dated.

Luong war immer sehr hilfsbereit und außerordentlich freundlich. Der Kontakt via Mail aber auch vor Ort war stets unkompliziert und schnell. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern perfekt. Das Badezimmer war nicht groß aber wir sind zu viert super klargekommen. Das Wohnzimmer lässt auch das Arbeiten an einem Schreibtisch zu und auf der Couch lässt es sich bequem TV sehen. Die Lage ist im Süden San José super zentral für Ausflüge und man ist sehr schnell auf dem Highway und trotzdem schläft es sich ruhig und ohne Lärm, da die Schlafzimmerfenster in den Hinterhof gerichtet sind. Es gehört sogar eine Garage zum Appartement, sodass das Auto geschützt stehen kann.

Wenn man mehr als 2-3 Tage übernachten will, muss man sich darüber klar sein, dass es keinen Innenhof zum draußen verweilen gibt und auch für Kinder auf dem Grundstück noch keine Spielmöglichkeiten existieren. Kann aber sein, dass Luong daran noch arbeitet.

Excellent location, close to all major routes. The house was clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Great to have an off road parking spot. The hosts were excellent, providing many recommendations and always on hand for anything we needed.
