"Good value for money, but with some nuances"

Good value for money. Several nice cafes and beauty salons nearby. Subway (U-bahn, underground) station in a few minutes walk Kind landlord, meets with keys. Scheduled cleaning (1 per 4 days).

A "black hole", if you order something - kindly tricky to get by car, if You dirve a lot, or for delivery couriers - so, location isnt as perfect as it could be. WiFi connection is stable, but breaks immediately on blackouts (no fiber connection or "last mile" technology on ISP side). Landlord has a pretty strange habit of random coming to the place where You leave either upon cleaning completion or just randomly without letting You know beforehand.
