Рассположение, есть где поставить авто.

Ванная - очень узкая, если вы мужчина спортивной комплекции заходить в душевую кабину будет проблематично. Квартира по факту это одна большая квартира разделенная на 2 студии. В соседней студии этого ж хозяина жили люди и слышимость просто прекрасная. Я слышал много чего о чем говорили и тд- не комфортно. На фото номер выглядит уютно и симпатично. По жизни он уже износился, кухня кривая(двери в шкафчики и тд) за 1800 грн за ночь хотелось ты как то получше а то не понял за что заплатил. Да и сам номер уже подгулял. Матрас продавленый
