Proximity to airport and other amenities. Pretty grounds, pool, grills, etc were excellent. Amenities/condiments within condo were a nice touch. Excellent communication with owner. Value for the money was exceptional. Kitchen has all small appliances needed and natural gas cooking. We thought Kauai was laid back but Molokai topped it. A special place where locals aren’t just in it for a money grab. Dining out options are somewhat limited so a fully stocked kitchen was perfect. People on the island were warm and friendly.

With only one road heading east/west traffic noise was constant until around 8pm. It’s all local traffic and 35mph limit which helped with sound. Upstairs unit so multiple trips from car can be a challenge. Upstairs tenants had multiple children and sound from walking and running was constant during daytime hours. After bedtime it was quiet. Since many long term residents live in the complex, up close parking can be a challenge. Island costs can be much higher than other islands due to limited shipping resources.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped and stocked. Pool and bbq were well maintained. Walking distance to grocery store and town. Host was very receptive to questions.

Nothing but people should be aware that Molokai is very different from other Hawaiian islands - not touristy at all

Leaving Molokai, I always have a hard time leaving

The location is very convenient and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Because my flight left in the late afternoon, I was allowed to check out late. The instruction and info folder are very comprehensive and helpful. Always a good breeze, making it comfortable without aircon. Kitchen is very well equipped.

The sea around the property is not swimmable and no beach to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Hard to find parking spot at times. Soundproofing between units are poor. Need more effort on recycling.

Our host was great from the time we booked through to our departure. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than expected but again, our host was very accommodating and understanding of our situation.

There was nothing about the accommodation or the assistance from the host that we could fault.

very quiet with beautiful views of the water from the balcony, comfortable bed and sofa, and very clean!
