A lot of stairs up to the property. Very steep narrow staircase. Room was small and no proper chair to sit on

Дуже зручне розташування, в центрі в приємному районі. Було чисто і прибрано. Дуже цікаві львівські сходи, до яких треба бути готовими якщо у вас великі валізи)

Комунікація з менеджерами відбувалась виключно через телефонні дзвінки, навіть там де простого повідомлення було б достатньо. Під час обговорення заселення домовились що оплату заберуть о 10, потім під час заселення сказали що о 14, а по факту чоловік прийшов о 12, коли нас не було вдома. Відсутність вікон, що відкриваються і дуже тонкий дах, через що дуже чутно вітер і дуже швидко нагрівалась кімната, приходилось користуватись кондиціонером
