"After a bad introduction, the accommodation is actually very good."

The location is noteworthy. Very close to the street with restaurants and shops. A short walk to a first-class beach and close to a 24hr supermarket.

Instructions for how to find the property are not explained well and the host is decidedly unhelpful in guiding guests. She didn’t seem to know any nearby landmarks although she could simply have looked out the window. We have stayed at two of their properties and each time it was VERY difficult to find. The host needs to improve their greeting and check in. After travelling, the guest is tired and probably stressed. The greeting is not acceptable for modern accommodation.
