Bon apetit apartament

Квартира в яку хочеться повернутися. Чисто, є все необхідне. Зручний матрац на ліжку. Двоспальний диван на кухні також зручний. Вдале місце розташування: посередині між вокзалом та центром. Поряд із домом є невеличкий супермаркет, а трохи далі - велике Сільпо. Дуже ввічливий та уважний власник.

Гарні, стильні, цілком чисті апартаменти, в яких є усе необхідне. Дуже зручні ліжко та диван, білосніжна постіль. Знаходяться у тихому житловому комплексі, в пішій доступності до центру та до вокзалу. Особливий плюс - сучасний просторий ліфт. Ми приїхали із прабабусею, тому це для нас було супер важливо. Власник Олександр - привітний та готовий відповісти на усі питання, та у випадку необхідності завжди на зв'язку.

Чистота трохи підхрамує - брудна мікрохвильовка, непомита підлога.

Nothing actually

Very good flat equipped with smart component at home, heating floor in one room (kitchen and living room) very warm flat which it was suitable for my wife which she usually feels cold with normal heating in flat. Mini bar in the kitchen at needing! Recommend it!!

no thing to talk about that flat negatively but I just prefer to ask for informing people who rent that flat that you have detected sensors in every room which it can be a bit confusing/mixing with a camera instead. I knew that it was a detected sensor because I work with technology and teknik but for people who don’t know about it … it would be confusing!

Owner was very friendly

We stayed for a week in apartment in winter and it was very very cold, we asked owner to turn heat on and he said that it will cost us 150₴ extra per day. And even after heat was on it was just a little bit warmer. Bathroom was very dirty, there was a lot of dust everywhere and all dishes were sticky.

Comfortable bed and show. Functional kitchen with everything you need.
