P8G Remodel 2BR/2BA downtown ATL-Parking & Balcony

Great downtown location

Poor Wifi network, noisy AC, blind and light in room need to be replaced or fixed.

Unit was very clean and spacious. Great view of downtown.

A/C units were horrible! Definitely needs updating!

It is well-stocked, with everything you would need for an extended stay. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having the designated parking spot is a nice bonus.

It got cold while we were there, and the bathroom window was very drafty.

The receptionist and concierge were very patient and helpful. The condo was basically nice however see "what I didn't like". The host when I got there was very communicative and caring on how I was doing. Also patient with me due to my very first time using airbnb.

1. The two bed bathroom had not been cleaned well behind the door. 2. The toilet didn't flush in same bathroom but I knew how to fix the length of the chain to the flapper so that it flushed. 3. Batteries to one of the Roku remotes were bad to point of one battery starting to leak. We were short a working remote. 4. There was only 1 replacement trash sacks for each of the 3 trash cans so for the main trash can I ended up using one I had brought. I was trying to follow the rules of disposing the trash down the chute. 5. There was a statement regarding reporting a car however I did not find where to do the notification. So ended up taking the receptionist's referral which by the way was a hike for me as a disabled person. But the parking was 24 hrs supervised. 6. I had called a phone number given in the info to call for questions about 1 week before to make sure the confirmation had been accepted by the "host"(?). The person did not seem to be organized or knowledgeable and it seemed I answered the questions rather than confirming that it was truly a verified booking. So I didn't have confidence regarding the booking. I was a newbie booking an Airbnb and was nervous about a possible scam so called. That call did not instill confidence in a host. So when Kate checked in with me Sunday evening it was helpful and I felt "taken care of" at that point. 7. It was such a hassle with unloading and loading up again with a 15 minute limit and having to push the cart on an uphill to the building's 15 min parking area. Plus having to go back up to room a third time on the loading up to leave the fob and then back to 1st floor to get my license back for use of the cart.

We were concerned about the age of the property, but for being older it is in great condition, was very clean and the location was great. We walked everywhere and the price in comparison to the hotels in the area was really good!

Proximity to two liquor stores which typically tends to not attract the best citizens, though it wasn't that bad and we were not out too late.
