location and cleanliness.

water temp in the shower isn’t consistent, it changes temp on its own a lot and won’t stay at one temp. also wasn’t given the code to the gate in the email, only the room number and couldn’t get ahold of anyone when we arrived, luckily we could reach through and open the gate and was given the code the following day.
