Downtown! City View Location Onsite Parking L1207

I'm not pleased.

The shower doesn't work. There is not enough water pressure coming from the shower head to bath. It simply trickles out. The spare bed is broken, and poorly put back together with wood planks and nails. During the day this condo is very hot. The window blinds need to be replaced because they do not come down. The area is very sketchy. You have to pay additional for an extra parking spot if you have more than one car, yet the parking lot isn't protected.

I like the location. The apartment was very clean.

The temperature was not stable for me. A/C and water heater wasn't working properly

If you stay inside the apartment and do not go to the building hall or outside, you might consider this accommodation okay.

Probably price/quality is okay for Atlanta (we are from Europe) but we are used to other accommodations, we would like to have the building clean and safe, as well as outside on the street clean and safe. Unfortunately, we didn't have it in this building at all.

The Apartment was amazing exactly as pictured. Definitely no complaints there. Water was hot the temperature was perfect. The view was nice as well

Someone was parked in our spot our entire trip and we had to get a reserve ticket everyday we were there so that they wouldn’t tow our car. This was an inconvenience.

The condo looked as pictured and we comfortable for me and my guests.

The a/c was not working well or the tv but not huge deal breakers.

I stay here very often and I have no complaints. The housekeepers are very nice and the hosts are always very accommodating!
