Homestay clean and water heater is work very well. Owner was good and their have cute black cat.can rent a motorbike with the owner.

This place a little bit far from the night market..but if you rent a motorbike maybe its not a big problem for you to get around.

Be careful with your expectations. Photos of the accommodation are extremely generous and only show the best rooms with the best features. Booked the 1 bedroom apartment. It was really damp and all of the soft furnishings couch etc. smelt of mould. It was an unbearable smell. The bathroom was old and dirty. The bed was a mattress on the ground with a crappy bedside table. We asked to move to another room and staff were helpful and apologetic. No free breakfast as advertised and we were overcharged by 250,000 dong upon leaving and had to calculate the cost of the stay to staff. Not good value for money at this price point for Da Lat.

The room I stayed in was tucked away at the back of the coffee shop, nestled in a beautiful private garden area. It was absolutely wonderful—cozy and inviting with a large TV, plenty of space, a comfy sofa, and a small but well-equipped kitchen perfect for making snacks. The place was spotless and organized, and it truly had a homey feel. The family who runs the place are incredibly kind and generous, which made my stay even more special. I’ll definitely be returning!

A bit far from center but they also provide motorbike rental service so all good :)

IT WAS GROUND FLOOR AND WITH MANY PLANTS AND GREENARY. LIKED THE CONCEPT OF THE ROOOM BUT ITS NOT IDEAL FOR COMFORTABLE LIVING LIKE THE LOCATION

THERE WAS NO PROVACY FOR TOILET AND NO DOOR FOR THE TOILET JUST A CURTAIN. IF SOMEONE SHITS THE FULL SMELL SPREAD ALL OVER THE ROOM AND REALLY MAKE NOT COMFORTABLE

We booked the room with the net which we had a bit of fun in. The cafe at the front of the home stay is very lovely and all the greenery is very pleasant, the staff were always nice to us. The garden that every one of the rooms in the home stay opens into was quite a highlight. The stunning moss wall right outside our room had such a diverse array of plants and a super sweet little waterfall flowing into a koi fish pond. Every so often I’d be lucky enough to see the most wonderful handsome black cat, he was very social and such a delight.

The net room is actually quite small, not too much room to put suitcases. There isn’t a photo of the bed when booking the net room and it’s probably because it is just a mattress on the floor. Which was fine and slept well enough in and also every other room looked to have lovely beds it was my bad for choosing this one.
