The balcony view and being right on the beach.

I had a hard time finding it because i didn’t see Sandpiper Towers mentioned anywhere. I was looking for a sign that said space coast retreat.

Location- very good independent restaurants close by Very clean Beach access was the best Owner provided beach supplies - chairs toys etc Great view even saw space x launch Would definitely stay again

Bathrooms need updating Bring a lot of quarters if you need to do laundry No pool

Close to beach not busy very relaxing

To much construction going on but necessary for improvements. Building old but more than adequate for what we need . Needs new skillets and coffee pot

On the ocean

Ceilings in hallway have exposed pipe kind of tacky. I know they are remodeling but really week nights up to 9p hammering and drilling. Just downright rude! Business hours are M-F 8-6 not 24/7. Need to work with construction men . EVERYONE very nice Except construction guys which were VERY rude. I would never hire anyone who talked with my clients in the manor They did.

"Premium beach location."

Location very close to the beach.

The bed wasn't comfortable. There is no washing machine in the apartment.
