"Disappointed in San Remo"

Location was great.

Lack of necessities.. 5 people.. gave us 2 washcloths..6 towels..no hand towels. 5 people. 2 balconies..2 chairs. Needs some TLC! new shower curtain liners...better cleaning...ceiling fans are nasty. Pots & pans are horrific. Pool & hot tub not functional due to hurricane a few months ago but not made aware until 1.5 weeks before trip. Discount given but didn't make up for all other issues. My group average age is 62...not Spring breakers here. This place could be wonderful with a little more TLC!

"Superb"

Awesome location right on the beach! They had a storage unit with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards etc. Inside also has everything we needed and was huge. Owner was also very responsive to all my questions!

Only challenge was the construction that was going on. Starting at 8am we would hear loud drilling/banging for hours.

Close to beach

No curtains in master bedroom. Broken blinds in living room. Being charged for cleaning service but townhouse bathroom fans and ceiling fans were covered in dust obviously not cleaned for long time. Spouse cleaned apartment 3days during stay. A/C filter full of dust
