Portofino Tower 1-903 Beachfront Sunset Views

I loved that each tower had its own pool.

The only thing we didn’t like was that when we arrived the air conditioning was not working and it was 80 degrees in the condo. And the coffee pot leaked so we had to get dressed and go to Starbucks.

Amazing! Very clean and well appointed

The personnel on site could not have been any nicer or accommodating. The surrounding property was meticulously maintained and everything we needed was there on-site.

The particular property (rental unit) is in dire need of updating, and this is meant to be stated in a constructive way. The furniture needs to be replaced, as it’s not very comfortable and is basically worn out. The appliances; the dishwasher is likely the loudest we’ve ever heard, as is the clothes washer. The toilets need to be replaced with higher, more comfortable units. Additional lighting throughout the unit would be a huge improvement! Floor lamps & table lamps are relatively inexpensive and a great improvement over the present ceiling lighting. Finally; the remote control for the living room television is a GE brand for a Samsung tv. Upon arrival, we found the ‘closed captioning’ turned ON and finally figured out how to finagle the remote buttons to turn the ‘CC’ off on day three, just in time for Thanksgiving Day football & basketball. THAT was irritating! Finally, from a cleanliness perspective, there was ‘fecal splatter’ on the seat of the master bedroom toilet. That was not pleasant to find.

The bed is so high. Had a hard time getting up and down. Maybe a hop up stool should be available for those who needs it. You have to cross the street to go to the beach. It is not walking distance to the center which is the commercial part of the area so you still need to drive to go there and find parking.

The appartment was fantastic and very cool for a family of 5! The area with pools, restaurants, spa and shops was clean and very nice! The beach was just across the road and also very beautiful! We want to come back asap!

The apartment was decorated beautifully. The restaurant on premises was very good and reasonably priced for this area. The staff was expertly trained and very friendly striving to make our stay perfect.

The beds were a little hard.

We talked to many other renters/owners while we were there and felt we were grossly overcharged.
