Roaches as I walked in all alive and one bed was not made . There were dirty dishes and not clean at all . I called the owner and he had another room available and that room was dirty also . I asked for a refund and he said ok . He still has not refunded me any of my money including the deposit. I will have to dispute it with my bank apparently. Horrible experience and a con artist that resents this building out .

Great location! Loved seeing the dolphin everyday. Very quiet and peaceful. Sunset Grill has fantastic food. Highly recommended!

The property was across from the river and was a great view. Beach and restaurants were close to where we could walk to them.

Would have liked a seating area instead of the second bed but this was not a big enough issue to make us not rent the unit again.

Very pleasant and convenient. We had a couple of options for restaurants beach and pool near by. Clean and comfortable my family loved it.
