"It was basic, comfortable and convenient."

Convenient to Publix and CVS, Dollar Store,Beach.

No courtyard, no view, noisy air conditioning from neighbours. Uncomfortable hard, plastic outdoor chairs. No beach chairs ! Not enough towels for two weeks. Extra Sheets were wrinkled and duvet had food stuck on it. Didn’t use it! Only 3 spoons, plates, cups etc.🤷‍♀️Laundry facilities were offsite and there was no signage saying where they were. Blue recyling bin was upside down so we didnt know where to put our recyclables! Burnt out fridge light. Could have been cleaner.

Clean property and good communication from host. Grocery store just steps away was convenient.

Hot and cold water in shower are backwards. You either had hot water with almost no water pressure or cold water with water pressure.

Very low hot water pressure/ loud ac unit And had hard time getting in with code 10 mins Sofa bed very uncomfortable and drapes for living/ kitchen window is see through, it should be blackout not having people walking by and can see in

The nice and quite neighborhood and proximity to the beach for walking was great!

Kitchen items and toiletries probably need to be netter supplied. Paper towels, toilet paper
